Admissions

Admission is offered to infants (2 months and up) to third grade students. Expected to offer fourth to sixth grade soon. Contact us for more information on our new Living Montessori Academy – Preschool to sixth grade.

Pre-Admission requirements

Planet Kids Bellevue requires that the following pre-admission requirements be met and completed paper work be turned in prior to acceptance and/or the first day of attendance:

1. Tour

2. Completed intent to enroll form with the required deposit

3. Interview and assessment

4. Orientation

5. Admission/Enrollment Agreement

6. Emergency and Identification Form

7. Medical Authorization and Release Form

8. Immunization Records

9. Health Report

10. Signed Contract

11. All fees paid in full

Children not admitted until all pre-admissions requirements have been met.
